Practice Update:

I am no longer offering DBT groups.   I am happy to meet with you individually to help you with emotional regulation and  mood disorders using the DBT skills method.

Having completed Level 3 of the Gottman trainings, my focus is helping couples enrich and repair their relationships.   John Gottman has spent over 4 decades studying couples in his lab and has created a remarkable and practical treatment protocol to help couples move forward in relationship creating habits that can maintain and enrich their lives.

All the best,

Richard

An important skill to creating a life worth living is to “remember your positive experiences.” Positive experiences add up and create longer lasting feelings of satisfaction. A great way to learn to focus on and remember positive experiences is to make a list of 3 things that you are grateful for each day for 21 days in a row. At the end of 21 days you will have a new habit of looking for positive events in your life.
